Deborah Halliday an North East artist has to put together The Remembrance day 2011 exhibition in Aid of Alzheimer's Society which will take place in North Shields 19th May 2011 6pm till 8pm

This will be a community project and we are looking for members of the public, people affected by dementia, to contribute by donating copies of their favorite photographs. These could reflect happy memories, holidays, or just special moments.
The idea behind the exhibition is to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's Society, the UK's leading charity for people with dementia and carers. We want to reflect the experiences of people with dementia and their carers.
This exhibition will have a log book to write memories or thoughts about the exhibition and will also have an Auction later on in the opening night
